Please read these terms carefully before using our meal delivery service.

Payment Terms
All plans require full advance payment for the selected billing month. Service begins only after payment is successfully completed.
Pricing
Prices shown are per-day rates for flexible plans. Your final charge depends on the number of days selected at checkout.
Trial Bookings
Trial bookings are one-time and do not auto-enroll into monthly plans unless explicitly chosen at checkout.
Delivery
Delivery availability and time slots may vary by area. Please confirm your pincode before checkout to ensure we serve your location.
Donate a Meal
Can't eat on a particular day? Donate that day's meal and it will be given to someone in need on your behalf.
Donated meals are non-refundable and do not roll over to the next month.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations made within 48 hours of subscribing are eligible for a full refund. After this window, the subscription is non-refundable.
Refunds
Payments are non-refundable by default.
If you believe a service failure was on our side — a missed delivery, a quality issue, or anything we got wrong — reach out to us. We will review and validate the request, and at our discretion issue a full refund or credit for the affected meals. All refund decisions are made by Kerala Luncheon after review.
